Our Flat Rate Policy

Our flat rates are for point to point transfers only. We are able to offer this discount with the concept that we may be able to back this trip up to another trip, either arriving from, or going to the airport. Therefore, we offer a 15 minute grace period for parties going to the airport, past the reserved time, before charges may be incurred. After the grace period, there may be a charge of $15.00 for every 15 minutes the transfer is delayed, not to exceen $50.00 per hour plus 20% driver gratuity. This does not apply to late flights or delayed luggage on reservations arriving at DIA.

We do offer one “Quick Stop” as long as it doesn’t exceed the 15 minute grace, or take the driver out of the way of the original route, for an additional $10.00. We can also pickup extra travelers at a different location for an additional $10.00 per stop as long as the route is on the way to the destination from the original pick up location. If this policy is too constraining, our hourly transfer rate may be better suited to your needs.

Airport Car Service Cancellation Policy

In order to ensure the best customer service in a lively transfer service, we must ask that our valued customers understand that no shows and last minute cancellation cost the company and our drivers time and money that we could have made if we had the opportunity to re-book the time slot. We take our business very seriously and hope you understand that this is not only in the best interest of Airport Car Service, but also of you, our valued customers.

Written confirmations are sent for all trips. If there is anything that is not correct on the confirmation, you MUST notify us immediately so that the corrections can be made to the reservation. The information on your confirmation is the contract for service.

At the company’s discretion, all no shows may be billed at the total rate plus driver gratuity. Cancellations for local airport transfers must be made 4 hours before the appointed time of the reservation, 8:00 am – 9:00 pm MST., to avoid billing for the total rate plus driver gratuity. Cancellations for all charters, or out of town, mountain, or resort trips must be made 24 hours before the appointed time of the reservation to avoid billing for the total rate plus driver gratuity.



Airport Car Service is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown, accident or weather related problems, causing us to miss the appointed pick-up time. We will always strive to do our very best, however, we cannot be responsible for acts of God beyond our control. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Airport Car Service is not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

Underage consumption of alcohol is prohibited. Possession or use of drugs in any of the vehicles is prohibited. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Not responsible if client reserves vehicle type that cannot accommodate all passengers or luggage. Once reserved vehicle is dispatched for pick up, charges and fees are non-refundable in regards to passenger error in vehicle capacity. Not responsible if client did not view full policy description. All policies still apply.
